WELLBEING FIT TODAY presents The Yoga of Stillness online well-being and body-awareness programs to support you through the new way of work and Working From Home in regards to your mental healthiness, productivity, and energy levels through developing the quality of stillness via gentle body movement. Suitable for all job types, ages, physical conditions, levels, no prior experience is required. Gentle breathing meditation is also presented as part of this Yoga.

What's Involved?

Each Yoga of Stillness class is 60 minutes and involves undertaking a series of movements in both seated and laying down positions. There are no asanas, stretches, or held poses; this is not a physical exercise form of yoga, but more a practice to aide inner rest and restoration.

 

What’s required?

  • Internet connection on your device (phone, iPad, laptop) 

  • Skype or Zoom downloaded on your device – video set up and audio/mic working

  • A quiet undisturbed space

  • Mobile phone switched off/silent

  • Yoga mat

  • Blanket to cover yourself

  • Cushion to sit on

  • Comfortable loose clothing, extra layers for warmth

Available Programs

A: 1-2-1 Private 6 Week Program

One session per week. Great for targeting an area of wellbeing to bring focus or awareness to, for example, your vitality levels, deepening the relationship with yourself, and your work/career, or make an important decision/choice. Live sessions via Zoom.

B: 1-2-1 Private 3 Week Program

Two sessions per week. Same as Option A, just an expedited version, you might experiment with the relationship you have with time and space, work-life balance, feeling appreciation, rest, or settlement in yourself or at work. Live sessions via Zoom.

C: 1-2-1 Private Individual Class

A taster for general body awareness, or as part of a specialised CV and or career coaching program. Includes meditation, body awareness tips and breathing exercises. Live sessions via Zoom. 

​

D: Group 6 Week Program (London or Overseas)

Weekly sessions are great for groups of friends, communities, or office colleagues as part of staff wellbeing plans. It can be either mat yoga or seated. Live sessions via Zoom. Recordings make it possible for international participants to attend.

E: Corporate Well-being Programs

Great for 1-2-1 personal leadership development, building authority and confidence at work, or groups for team building as part of company wellbeing offering and or to build staff morale, engagement, and retention. Simple tips and breathing exercises to help deal with stress. It can be either mat yoga or seated yoga in an office chair. Participants are able to get back to work after sessions. Live sessions via Zoom.

The Yoga of Stillness is also known as Esoteric Yoga and it supports the union of body and mind as one to re-connect to our essence or inner-being. It is the care of ourselves, our body plus our inner-being through the quality of movement that is an energetic science.
